Aloft Vaughan Mills

"I recently stayed at Aloft hotel for 2nd time and overall had a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, and the hotel itself was a nice place to be. My room was clean and ready when I arrived, which was great to see. The pool was also a highlight of my stay, and I enjoyed spending time there. However, I did feel that there were not enough options for breakfast. While the mini grocery that was available was in the lobby, I would have appreciated a greater variety of choices.l for breakfast or Room service menu. On the other hand, the bed in my room was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Room was big enough to stay with my husband and 2 kidsI also want to give a special shoutout to the reception and room service staff, who were all fantastic and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a good experience at Aloft hotel and would recommend it to others.Cant wait to come back again.

Really confortable bed, have an smart TV and so close to the mall and lots of restaurants. The reception person was nice. Breakfast is paid but not that expensive. We forgot the toothbrush and they had one for free for the guests. We didn't use the pool but I could see kids there from my window. I would come back there.

I really like how they took my request seriously and added the heart shaped petals I requested as I went there with my spouse for valentines day. all in all the room was great and the staff were friendly.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The pool was clean and nicely warm. Plenty of towels and chairs were available there. Breakfast was easy to get and tasteful. The staff was nice and helpful. Close to Vaughan Mills Outlet and Canada's Wonderland park.

I wish I got his name but the gentleman who was on the front desk on the morning of the 27th gave us exceptional service. My daughter wanted to swim but the pool was full. He called us as soon as the numbers were low enough that we could get in and even offered to extend our checkout time to make sure she had time. I was very impressed that he took that initiative and it made our stay that much better.
